How long will my treats last?

Most of our treats will last 6 - 12 months if kept sealed, in a cool dry environment.

With the exception of our fresh cakes, once you receive a fresh cake, pop it in the fridge - and it will last for a week if kept in the fridge.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within in 5 to 10 business days (often a lot sooner!).

We also have an EXPRESS delivery option at Checkout. When the express option is selected, the order is normally sent the same day or the next business day. Orders sent express are normally received the next business day or within 3 days of purchase (depending on your location).

when should i order a birthday cake? when will it arrive?

Fresh cakes are best orders ASAP, regardless of the date you require it.

That way we can ensure it will arrive in time for your dog’s birthday.

We do ask what date you need the cake by, when you place the order. We will send your cake as close to that date as possible, so it arrives before that date.

Express delivery is included in delivered cakes.

Pick Up birthday cakes usually need 24 to 48hrs notice, We will always notify you if we cannot have it ready on time.
Pick up option is available at ‘Check out’ AFTER you enter you email.
N.B. Pick up is only available Tues & Thurs 1pm - 4pm

After many wonderful years in our storefront, we’ve made the decision to move to online-only. This allows us to continue handcrafting our treats with the same love and care, adapt to changing times, and better serve our customers through convenient online ordering.
